Purchases made through Amazon or another marketplace follow the applicable marketplace and seller return policies shown for that order. Start the return through the channel where you purchased.

Future direct orders

Before direct checkout opens, we will publish the return eligibility period, conditions for opened or unopened items, return shipping responsibility, refund timing, and procedures for damaged or incorrect items.
